West Craven High School is located in Vanceboro, North Carolina. The band program includes Marching Band, Concert Band, and Indoor Colorguard.  The Marching Band is one of the school’s largest organizations with more than 60 students participating each year.

 

The Marching Eagles compete throughout Eastern and Central North Carolina and occasionally South Carolina and Virginia.  Each year, the Marching Eagles host the West Craven Classic; a marching competition that includes bands from across the state.

 

The Concert Band at West Craven regularly attends the Music Performance Adjudication in the Spring, with over 20 years of receiving Superior ratings.
